Welcome to Glowmi. By accessing or using our website at glowmi.org (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Glowmi is a free K-Beauty companion web application that provides AI-powered beauty analysis tools, skincare guides, product information, Korean aesthetic procedure guides, and wellness content. The Service is available in English and Korean. Our tools include AI Personal Color Analysis, AI Face Shape Detection, AI Skin Condition Analyzer, a Skin Type Quiz, K-Beauty product recommendations, and a Gangnam clinic directory.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service through automated means
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use the Service to transmit spam, viruses, or other harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
3. Account and Authentication
Some features require signing in with a Google account via Supabase authentication. These features include saving analysis results, maintaining a skin diary, tracking skin progress over time, and managing skincare routines. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time using the in-app data deletion feature on the My Page tab.
4. AI Analysis Disclaimer
Our AI beauty analysis tools (Skin Analyzer, Personal Color Analysis, Face Shape Detection) use machine learning models to provide estimates and suggestions. These results are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not medical diagnoses. Accuracy may vary depending on lighting, photo quality, camera angle, and other factors. Always consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare professional for medical advice about your skin. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated analysis results.
5. Product and Procedure Information
Product recommendations, ingredient analyses, and aesthetic procedure details are provided for informational purposes only. Prices, availability, and product formulations may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party product information. Procedure pricing is based on market research and may differ from actual clinic quotes. Always verify details with the manufacturer or clinic before making purchasing or treatment decisions. We do not endorse any specific clinic, product, or procedure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Glowmi, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Glowmi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. You may share links to our content and reference our articles with proper attribution.
7. User-Generated Content
When you save analysis results, diary entries, or routines through the Service, you retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you. We will not share, sell, or use your personal data for purposes beyond providing the Service, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Gemini API (AI analysis), Google AdSense (advertising), Google Analytics (usage analytics), Microsoft Clarity (session analytics), and Supabase (authentication and data storage). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowmi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glowmi and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
